Thanks to the union of Scottish and Sardinian, both proud and bound to their territories, an extraordinary beer has been produced.
The brewer Nicola Perra has brilliantly mixed an autochthonous ingredient, such as sapa from Nasco grapes, to a strong scotch ale. The result is an aroma with warm and wine notes, recalling plums, berries and toasted nuances of cocoa.
On the palate, it is well balanced, with a full flavour, making the tasting a real pleasure. Another element of the new style called “Italian Grape Ale”, which will make our craft brewers, particularly Nicola Perra who paved the way of this world, famous and appreciated.
Great beer to enjoy after dinner, while relaxing, as well as at the table with spicy and matured cheese or at Christmas with the excellent artisanal Panettone of the Italian tradition.
